The trial key is a great way to test NOCWizard on your server. The key never expires and all you need to do is download and install the software...nothing else. The trial key will only allow you to store up to 5 items in the database, much like the Individualt Item License below.

Monthly leased licenses are a great opportunity for smaller companies to get the great benefits of NOCWizard, but without the huge up front costs of buying an owned key. It's also another opportunity to test NOCWizard out for a period of time to exceed the base 30 day key.

There are NO upgrade bonuses for moving to an owned key, either individual or unlimited.

As you can see, you can save money by prepaying for a certain timeframe.

Individual item prices are a total of servers, clients (to include tech's, admin's and client added tech's) and devices (such as switch's, routers, etc). Individual Item leases are ideal for small to mid sized companies who don't exceed 400 items.

Individual item leases can be upgraded to owned licenses at any time. The credit you will receive will be the total price paid subtracted from the current owned license price. So if the current owned price is $999 and you've paid $450 for a 100 license key, then the total to upgrade will be $549. This upgrade policy is subject to change without notice.

The owned license is ideal for larger data centers and NOC's who own in excess of 400 servers, devices and clients combined. If the size of your facility isn't at leaset 400 total servers, devices and clients, then this type of key isn't going to be cost effective for you, see our FAQ page for more information

This is the only option that allows for us to send you certain sections of NOCWizard include files unencrypted. See the notes at the bottom of this page for more information about this feature

When you purchase a NOCWizard licenses, to exclude monthly leasing, you get an initial 6 month period where you can upgrade to anything we release, at no additional cost. After that timeframe you can no longer upgrade to the latest and greatest version. If you wish to reactivate this upgrade feature, you'll be required to pay $75.00. This fee will enable you to receive another 6 months of updates at no additional cost.

GRANDFATHERED PRICING
NOCWizard grandfathers any client who purchases software prior to a price change. In general we send out notifications to clients just prior to any price change. Price changes typically occur after a Major Release version. Grandfathered clients may be charged upgrade fees when a major release comes out. To date we haven't done this, but be aware it is our option.

SELLING YOUR KEY
You may, at any time, sell your key to another client but only after sending us notification via e-mail prior to the sale. This includes the sale of your company and including NOCWizard in the sale. Failure to notify us of the change and receive confirmation of the sale will result in the key being terminated and a new one being required if the buyer so desires. We will not discount a key because someone ripped you off. Be sure to check with us prior to ANY purchase of NOCWizard, unless they are listed on the partner page.

MOVING TO A NEW SERVER
The key system will automatically update any information you put into it regarding moving NOCWizard to a new server. There is no need to let us know of any changes, other than the above selling of your company or key.

SPLITTING THE PROGRAM
Some clients have expressed an interest in running parts of the program on different servers. This can be done but will require an additional key as each server is different. These additional keys will be greatly discounted, but still must be purchased.

Our suggestion is that if you see high server utilization (we are trying to increase performance in certain areas that cause problems) move the MySQL to it's own server.

RELEASED CODE and SELLING ADD-ON'S
If you have an owned license you can request certain parts of the code to be sent to you unencrypted. This code CANNOT be redistributed by you in any way, shape or form to clients or non-clients of NOCWizard without express permission from us. Doing so will result in termination of your key...no exceptions.

Code that you have written can be released as freeware, shareware or any other way you choose. Just remember to include that NOCWizard doesn't warranty the product and that we (NOCWizard) cannot be held responsible for whatever your product does to their system.

CUSTOM WORK [TOP]
Some clients feel better if we do the installation and upgrades for them, or they sometimes want special work done. Our time is precious, just like yours, and due to the number of requests we get we charge an hourly rate to do work. This is $25.00 per hour in whole hour increments with the first hour paid in advance. We will not do a thing until the first hour is paid.
